Sandra & Geoff Kates - Directors

Sandra and Geoff Kates have owned and operated Vision Windows since 1988, they bring to the team a wealth of experience in the manufacturing industry.  Sandra and Geoff also own and operate a successful business in Canberra as well as Mudgee so they are busy people on the go.  They are available to speak with you in our Batemans Bay office by appointment only.

Kylie Hartwell - Accounts & Payroll Manager/Estimator

Kylie was employed at Vision Windows in 1994. Kylie resigned her position in 2004 and returned to Vision Windows in 2007. Kylie has completed formal training in Office Administration and has always focused her career in the accounts department. Kylie is also trained in using our V6 Estimating Program and would be happy to discuss your home requirements with you at any time.

Belinda Szczurowski - Purchasing Manager/Estimator

Belinda has been employed with Vision Windows since 1996, she ventured away from the family business to pursue a career with Lincoln Sentry and this position allowed her to expand her knowledge in the Hardware division, on her return to Vision Windows she bought with her a wealth of knowledge and this assists with our purchasing department. Belinda is our purchasing officer and ensures reliable and high quality fittings are sold with our products.  Belinda is also trained in using V6 and is happy to speak with you regarding your requirements at any time.

Darren Szczurowski - Production Manager

Having been previously employed by Lincoln Sentry in the special items department, Darren is efficient in the organisational area of our factory. Darren also has a vast knowledge of hardware and specialises in Louvres.  Darren coordinates all our manufacturing staff to ensure your project is delivered on time. 

Debbie Hancock - Receptionist

Debbie commenced employment with Vision Windows in May 2009, Debbie previously worked front office with a local Motor Inn and brings with her a wealth of administration knowledge. Debbie is happy to assist you with all your sales needs.
